Are hair loss treatment shampoos effective?

I am a young guy experiencing thinning hair and balding. I wondered if the special shampoo for sale to salons for people with this problem are effective or just a espediente.Mi just wondering if you could slow down hair loss does not necessarily grow new hair back

No, they´re just gimmiks and wont give u any results. What u should do is buy some type of vitamins for hair loss that are sold over the counter, in like Walgreens ask the pharmacists to recommend u some hair loss vitamins, which will make ur hair grow and will male thicker.
There are no products that will make new hair grow. These products are basically supposed to help to stop/slow the hair loss and make your hair seem thicker.
