Well if your hair is falling out I’d say it’s not your shampoo, I’d say you are slowly being poisoned by the head and shoulders company, I suggest suing them
maybe. if the PH level in the shampoo is not balanced. use tresseme shampoo. and also hair loss can be caused by washing ur haie everyday or/and changing ur shampoo more than like once a half a yeaR
