I take biotin, and a multivitamin rich in almost all vitamins like vitamin E, and stuff like that. But lot of things contrubute to hair, but if all you are looking for is hair growth I think that Biotin works best. You can find it at any store really. like a Cvs, or Walgreens. But i think the best place to go to find it would be a whole food store. Thats where i got mine. But depending on how deplent your system is will determin the time that you will see results.
