Prenatal vitamins for hair growth??? Has anyone tried and does it work?

Let me know if prenatal vitimans help grow hair at all? IM 13 and I would say im too young to take those vitamins. . . but just wondering if I could, what would be the risk if there are other types of vitamins designed to help hair grow more? quickly, that would be of great help. I heard that biotin helps too perhaps? However, something healthy and what? cheap that I can take to make my hair grow more? quickly?

    Pre-natal vitamins makes your hair and nails grow faster. I’d check with your doc first.

    Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. When taken as directed, prenatal vitamins are not expected to cause serious side effects. Less serious side effects may include:

    upset stomach;

    headache; or

    unusual or unpleasant taste in your mouth.

    This is not a complete list of side effects and others may occur. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects. You may report side effects to FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088.
