Best Hair Treatments

I have a huge forehead. I’m using minoxidil, but it seems to work very well, sort of hair loss do go slower, but I’m still losing my hair. If there is nothing to do, I’ve heard of clinics, where they put the new hair. How does it work? After the surgery, do not grow hair (one is alive?)? Or is it just fake hair and deaths can not be cut? THANKS
