Hair loss — Everyone is saying something different, how does one determine what exactly they need?

Ok, I feel like I’ve read almost every question / answer on Yahoo regarding hair loss, shampoo, conditioner, this that, blah blah blah, and to be honest, I am very confused because I’m hearing different things everywhere vada.Sono a 22 yr. male, everyone in my family (past and present) had a full head of hair and in their 70s and 80s.
