Hair loss — Everyone is saying something different, how does one determine what exactly they need?

Ok, I feel like I’ve read almost every question / answer on Yahoo regarding hair loss, shampoo, conditioner, this that, blah blah blah, and to be honest, I am very confused because I’m hearing different things everywhere vada.Sono a 22 yr. male, everyone in my family (past and present) had a full head of hair and in their 70s and 80s. I’m noticing a bit ‘light hair loss, especially in front-to-Central section of the scalp, some aspect of small bald spot, while some could be mistaken for “pieces of hair” like when you comb your hair to one side. I just started taking a multivitamin, trying to eat healthier and now relax as well. I was using selsun blue for almost a year ‘cuz I had a dandruff problem, I did not know when to stop using it and I was washing every day. So now I havent washed my hair in two days, I stopped using selsun and am trying to find the right thing to use. (In more detail ADDITIONAL) I do not have dandruff. I know I have to wash my hair every two days because I feel that if I go longer than that will not be good enough to have that feeling over your head that his oily / dirty and I do not want to stink. Keep their hair short, in case you were chiedendo.Mi find myself looking in the mirror and I could make any scalp showing when I go to the bathroom, I do not like to do questo.Ho asked my father if he could pay for me to go to a doctor and let me look at my hair and everything I do, he’s cheap and cost-conscious so he called up my doc and said the doc just said: “Stop using the selsun and just use regular shampoo, this is tutto.Qualcuno said I should use foam hair with olive oil, shampoo tea tree oil and brush it occasionally. My father tells me to use this endangered plant 2 in 1 new one. I feel like he knows what he is talking about and I’m worried about my capelli.Quindi I wonder what shampoo and conditioner should I use? How often to shampoo and condition? 2 in 1s are bad? If not, how often to use them?
